Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, said, “There are a few anchor colors if someone needs to be practical and still have a neutral color as a base.” Eiseman also explains, “Designers are giving them some basics, but also a little hint of brightness and excitement that offers a lift.” And thank goodness!
